Bio
I am honored to serve as Assistant Principal and Pre-K Director at Cook Primary School. My role allows me to work closely with our students, families, and staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all children.
Before becoming Assistant Principal, I taught Engineering & Technology at Cook High School for eight years, where I also served as the Technology Student Association (TSA) advisor, mentoring students in leadership, teamwork, and competition at the state and national levels. I began my teaching career at McIntosh County Academy, where I taught Construction and helped expand the SkillsUSA program, leading students to success at state and national competitions.
I hold a Specialist in Educational Leadership (Tier II) and a Tier I Leadership Certification from Kennesaw State University, a Master’s in Adult & Career Education from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management with a Minor in Business from Georgia Southern University. In addition, I am a certified Mindset Trainer and Mindset Coach.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering student growth, supporting teacher development, and strengthening community partnerships. I am passionate about helping every student reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
